I've done it via the windows key plus U, but not the Windows key plus enter.

I'll give that a try.

Depending on which version of Windows you are using, try the windows key
plus enter to turn Narrator on.

I got the windows key r command for re-starting Jaws to work that way, but
haven't gotten the windows key u command to work for Windows Narrator.

Anyway, now I at least have another way to re-start Jaws if Alt Control J
doesn't work here for some reason.
