Its an area of Windows 7 to store commkonly accessed documents, music etc. 
that you can share via network with others.

I tried f3 and couldn't igure it out.  I had to click on computer to
make it go, a bit above the bottom was a line that said libraries,
computer, internet.  I wouldn't do squat until I click on computer.
What the hell is a library?
