Windows Live Mail has its quirks, but it was able to import more than 20,000
messages by means of a copy of Outlook Express I had. Some of these were
saved natively in Outlook Express at one time, and others were converted by
O E from Outlook format when I set up the transfer. Someday I may actually
read some of these messages! A good retirement project.

Subject: xp in winsows seven
I know xp isn't supported... I'm wanting to run xp in seven, primarily to
run outlook express. I don't want to particularly learn a new program,
and I especially don't want to lose all the messages and folders I have in
outlook express. I did find a version that will run in seven, but I can't
seem to get any of my settings to transfer and I really don't want to
start over. Please reply off list, wouldn't want folks to wear out their
delete keys.
Thanks.
