There is a menu item to make it tune receive or not tune receive. I forget 
which item it is but can look it up. I know default is to make it not tune 
receive. It's either on or it's off though if it's on it works for 6 through 
160 if it's off it doesn't work anywhere so I'm guessing you must have yours 
turned on if yours works on receive.
