Russ, am pretty sure the Stream does refresh all the Podcast
feeds at once, and if you turn off the Stream or lose Wifi, the
thing will continue from where it left off when you start it
again. That's what they say, I can't really confirm that
feature. Jim WA6EKS

I agree with you, the Stream is a great option for any one who
doesn't want
a smartphone, tablet or ipod touch. I take it, the Stream
refreshes' all
podcast feeds at once? This is what I like about downcast on my
ipad. Both
the book port plus and plextalk will not do this. You have to
refresh each
feed one at a time.

Russ, you can probably do everything with your Ipad that the new
Stream Beta
can do, but for those of us who don't have Smart phones, this new
version is
really great. They have also retained the same menu structure as
older
versions, just added more stuff. I have downloaded a couple
magazines and a
book from the BARD site and have 10 Podcast sites going which
automatically
download new ones as they become available. Was never able to do
that using
my PC for some reason. The new Stream makes it easy! Jim WA6EKS
