Matt, that's a difficult question.  How much would you save on 
taxes by purchasing the scanner tax free.  It's a gamble as to if 
or when Whistler will come out with a new scanner, especially one 
that may be accessible.  If you have money burning a hole in your 
britches, then maybe you should fork out the money now.  Good
