Regarding the num lock key, the very top row on this particular laptop only
has three keys, not four.
Wouldn't standardization of these things be nice??

Tom, I also have that function key on my lap top, but I had it disabled
since I don't use it. I was told it was supposed to enable secondary
functions on the top row of function keys, but no one could tell me what
those functions are, so I had the store turn that key off. And the lineup
you gave is probably the correct one.And the numb lock key is probably near
the top of your computer on the second row and going right to left it is the
fourth key.

The keys are completely dead.
I also have discovered that the f 7 and f 8 keys don't work, and the arrow
keys are flaky.
Not good.
