Hi.

I run into this problem from time to time while starting Window-Eyes. It's
the latest version on a Windows 7 64 home premium PC. When I start
Window-Eyes, the ascending tones are heard, then if the problem happens I
hear four descending tones. From what I understand, this is a video
intercept problem, and the only way to fix it is to reboot the PC.
Thankfully I don't run into this situation often, and in a month or so I'll
have my full copy of Window-Eyes rather than the lease to own version.

Also, as some have suggested, you could always call GW Micro and see what
they say.

Hope this is useful.

Have a good day, and don't work too hard.

GO U.S. and GO REDS!
