Now, I'm remembering.

I rrecall doing nothing with the PF1 button, which is why it remained WX.

I did program the PF2 button on the right for voice, according to your
instructions.

It's been about 6 years since I did this, so I'm digging way back into my
memory banks on this.

Tom,

WX is its default, so either you programmed it for something else, or
someone else did and you had to reset it to its default.  Incidentally, PF2,
which is the last button on the right, is CTRL by default, so if you want it
to speak, you have to program it to VOICE.
