Yes it is. You need to connect your repeater to  the KY2D repeater. It's
Allstar node 2396.

Here in Kalamazoo Michigan, we now have our 440 K8KZO repeater connected to
the All Star Link network and I was wondering if our Friday evening net is
available on an all star node?
