I've had the CD for many years. Every time, few though they are, but every 
time I had to email him with a question, he answered it same day or if it 
was at night next morning and his answers always helped. I really can't say 
anything bad about the guy, I've also talked to him on the air many times 
and he is a very easy going, hard working person.
