Hi Rob,

I would call them at the listed nukmber on the FCC.gov page under 
amateur radio.  I should know what it is but I forgot.  I updated my 
callsign online and it showed up right away with searches on the FCC 
site and I got the paper in the mail in 10 days.


Another thought: Since this is your first callsign, maybe you should 
contact the place where you were tested and make sure they filed the 
paperwork properly.
