I am a newly diagnosed Celiac and have been researching information profusely. I live in Tennessee, so healthcare with real knowledge about Celiac challenges is sparse. Before my diagnosis, I had been practicing with several holisitic, naturopath, functional medicine, and integrative medical professionals to manage symptoms. I am now wondering others' helpful experiences with alternative therapies, to manage the fatigue, vitamin deficiencies, and accidental glutenings. Any positive experiences would be greatly appreciated, as I cannot seem to find much information online.
Thank you~LeeAnn Love
