I asked for a recipe to use in the Zojirushi bread machine. I received one complete recipe and a number of other suggestions including a warning about cross-contamination, and advice on how to use the machine.

Recipe brands recommended were:

Breads from Anna (especially the one that is soy, rice and nut free.)

Pamela's Mix (recommended twice)

Bella's Multigrain

Bette Hagmans books

Astoria Mills

Gluten Free Pantry mixes (Sandwich bread and Slicing bread)
