Hi,
I have no recommendations, but I am curious.  What kind of malware, if any, 
have you found on your iPhone, and what are its symptoms?  Frankly, with 
Apple's sandboxing on IOS devices, I'd be really surprised if any malware 
got installed somehow, unless, of course, if the device was jailbroken.
