Last night we happened upon a restaurant near University of Delaware that has added a gluten free menu and has a clear understanding of cross contamination. Klondike Kate's. They have a GF menu, use dedicated space in the kitchen and sanitize the area, utensils, dedicated toaster, change gloves, etc. we enjoyed our meal.

Caution, eating out can be risky.
