Hi all,

I'm wondering if any changes or improvements were made to Narrator as 
part of the Windows 8.1 update. I've found bits and pieces here and 
there, mostly on a Microsoft technical blog, but nothing like a "What's 
New?"

Can anyone point me to a URL with Narrator news?
