Steve, I didn't look into it, but the email request that I got asked me to
look for the UT102 speech board.  Perhaps I should have my friend double
check what the blind ham actually needs.

I may be wrong, but I thought that was the DSP unit for the R75 and =
possibly other Icom radios.
