Subject: so excited

I joined the local amateur radio club here in my town.
They are going to set me up with a radio and antenna Thursday so I don't
have to use my handheld to get on the repeater and now that echolink is not
working for me again.
I can't wait,
And something else, my wife says she wants to become a ham too.
I'm excited about that too.
Anyway, just wanted to share that news with you all.

p.s. They seem like very nice people too.
