John, I know what you mean.
I am going to put the 13b2 at about 110 foot on the top of the tower.

That's exactly the beam I have. Someone gave it to me, it was a mess when I
got it but I cleaned it up and hope to have it up by the end of the month.
My main thing is the rotor I ended up with, another freebie, is a lot
heavier than I need and way too heavy for the mast I have so I need to beef
up the mast a little or change where I'm going to put it, but either way I
plan to test it this week, make sure I got it back together right and then
it's just a case of coming up with the time and heavier mast. The beam is
very light but one of my friends got a couple Ham M rotors for very dirt
cheap and gave me one. I won't know which way it's pointed I suppose but I
wasn't passing something like that up for free. The main issue is I need to
get the panel off to where the control cable hooks to the rotor and probably
drill new holes because those screws are going to never come out of there
and the clamp to the antenna's mast is missing so I'll have to fabricate
something but plans for both are in the works and shouldn't take long.
