In contrast to the bad experiences described on the list, many Celiacs in
our local branch have reported excellent results in requesting gf meals on
both Canadian and Air Canada airlines.  In fact, one of our members was
travelling with her boss who demanded to know why she got such a lovely meal
when his was absolutly awful!!  All members simply called in advance and
were served fully gf meals.
