Hi, Kathy,
Maybe these verses, reminding us to praise the Lord for all that He has
done in our lives during 2003, and a song of renewed, strengthened faith in
His marvelous grace in the coming year?
Psalms 96:1 O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the
earth.
Psalms 98:1 <<A Psalm.>> O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done
marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the
victory.
Psalms 144:9 I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and
an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.
Psalms 149:1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his
praise in the congregation of saints.
And as His compassions are new every morning, so are they new every year.
22 ~snip~ .......... his compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
