your local club's swap and shop website or forum...lots of ways to sell ham 
gear.
Don't even bother with retailers as they need to sell their own equipment 
and also need to make money on what they sell...

I don't know what h r o or other dealers might take in trade, but whenever
I asked a e s in Vegas, they wouldn't allow much at all.  You're much
better off if you can sell privately, although that takes longer.  If
you've got ham fests coming up, that is often a good place to swap or sell
gear.  Good luck.
