it's just us giving back a little something for Pitzberg singing the
canadian national anthom at a game where two american teams were playing on
the fateful day of the Parlament Hill shootings last month.
Hockey is our national sport, and at each and every NHL game in which a
Canadian and American team are playing, either in the US or Canada, both
anthoms are sung...starting with the visiters anthom in respect.
Our respective governments could learn allot from how the NHL in general
conducts itself on both sides of the boarder.
Regards
Colin

I listen to Coast to Coast regularly. I heard this segment, and it was
really cool. You Canadians are truly our good neighbors to the North.
Although I do not have a copy of the clip, you might check the C2C website.

Did any Coast to Coast member listen, or hear, November 22ND when the
Canadians finished the American National Anthem when the microphone cut out
during the song? I'm not a Coast member but I sure would like a clip of
that because it was so cool. The Canadian guest host describe it a little
before playing the clip and did a wonderful job explaining what happen at
the hockey match.
Phil.
