John and all:

I manually set the clocks on both computers here via the date/time function
in the control panel, and WWV, so I should be good now.

It turns out that my Windows XP logging computer was only a couple seconds
off, so there should be no problem with any of my recent contest log
submissions.

The automatic adjustment for daylight savings to standard time was already
checked in both computers, so I should be good there too.

Thanks to everyone for all the helpful suggestions.

You have to check a box to have it done automatically but it will do it if
you check that box. It's in date/time in control panel, I forget which tab
it's under but it is there.
