Mike, Tom,
The log files, settings, shared data, etc. are all stored in My
Documents\Affirmatech\N3FJP Software in various subdirectories there.

You can press control+f (or go to file then arrow down to "show file
locations" and press enter) and you'll see the full path and file names for
your stuff.

Tom,

I did not look for the log files between un-installing the old program, and
installing the new one, but my guess is that they stayed right where they
were.

I took a chance and did what Scott's instructions said, and I did not lose
any data during the update process.
