lol, good work.
because it totally costs them 90 bucks to hire someone for 10 minutes to
book your flight haha. They pay that person probably 12 bucks an hour, and
it takes 10 minutes, so around 2 bucks...add in some technology, training
and office space, and your up to maybe 10 bucks...and lets not forget that
they are probably paying a crue of web site guys 30 bucks an hour each to
keep that website rolling to save them some money.
considering there is probably a human involved at some point to process that
online booking.
Anyway, nice job to get them to see reason in a world that seems to have
less and less of that all the time.
