Bob, looks like this message went to the entire list too.
Regarding Jaws, I am also a WindowEyes user, it's just that Rehab
was really pushing JAWS so they offered to buy me a copy when I
retired so I said sure. I have used WindowEyes since it was
VocalEyes. They did set up a "vocational plan" I told them I was
going to spent more time doing music gigs and they went for it,
could be because I knew the counselor quite well having worked
with her on behalf of UC students for yearst. I just left a
message for the guy who replaced her asking if they would
possibly fix my Apex. Ironically, I also tried to help that guy
get into Berkeley but he didn't. We'll see what happens. Have
to go out and see if I can fix my basement door because a piece
of wood fell off it when I was opening it a couple weeks back.
Had to find the right length wood screws. Also may tear my shack
apart and put it back more neatly to get rid of the rats nest of
wires behind the rigs. A guy was over a while back and kind of
chastised me because I had electrical lines running to the rigs
but also near the coaxes which could lead to more RF getting into
the house wiring and such. Ok, hope you have fun at the camp
site. Jim WA6EKS
