Ron:

This is a Dell laptop, and I'm trying to figure out where both of those keys
are.

I would suspect that the function key is on the bottom left-hand side of the
keyboard. On this side of the keyboard, I have control, then the key I
think might be the function key, followed by the windows key, and then the
alt key.

Not sure where the num lock key is.

Am I getting close?

Hi Guys and Gals,
If this is what has happened, the common keystroke is Function Key plus
Numl= ock key. Press and hold Func, then tap Numlock.
