I just googled for the schedule. I suggest you go to
  http://www.arrl.org/centennial-qso-party
and then download the PDF document which is at item 11 in the table of
contents. Being a PDF, the table may not render in a totally correct manner,
but I think this is the authoritative, sometimes updated schedule. It
appears that DC will be on the air once, during the week of October 1.
Maryland has moved from August to December 17. And I doubt that we have
seen the last of the changes.
BTW, as of some time yesterday, the Maryland operation had racked up more
than 50,000 QSOs.

Lou:

Now, I really am starting to wonder if my ARRL Centennial State schedule is
indeed out of date.

For this week, my schedule lists Wisconsin, North Dakota, and DC.

According to my schedule, Utah was up during the weeks of January 8 and May
7, not this week.

And, I'm still wondering what the story is with DC for this week.
