I find that as the file uploads to dropbox, its url keeps changing.
I put a file to share in dropbox, then wait a half hour or so to copy and 
share the link, that seems to work.
Sharing folders is very cool, not to hard to do with window-eyes or system 
access, but very difficult with jaws.
Jaws doesn't see the "share dialog".  I don't know why.
