Icom does with most if not all their HF radios, I don't know on uhf/vhf 
especially since most of Icom's new commercial UHF and VHF can be programmed 
to speak the channels and some settings if you can change them from the 
front panel. I even liked the IC-t90A with the CW frequency read out and 
still have mine. I don't use it a whole lot because commercial is better but 
if I'm in an area where I may need to change frequencies and don't know to 
what, or at a public service event where I may have to make a change on the 
fly I take it along.
