Interesting interview, Ray.  You mention the dangers of mycotoxins,  
especially in corn and peanuts, but aren't they also present in tree nuts,  tea.   
You also mention the dangers of acrylamide in foods but aren't  pork rinds 
particularly high in arcylamide?  Is the devil in the  dose?
