The steps of the scientific method are to:
Ask a Question
Do Background Research
Construct a Hypothesis
Test Your Hypothesis by Doing an Experiment
Analyze Your Data and Draw a Conclusion
Communicate Your Results

Unfortunately nutrition may never be able to go there completely. The
variables are so wide and time frames so long. Many people do very well at
first on a vegan diet. Their blood work may look good etc. Than at some
point there are health issues. The health collapse may take 16 days or 16
years(in my case). That is the same with all diets. Genetic variance may
allow one person to thrive on a diet that will make another sick.

All we can do is find what works for us and share it with others. Hopefully,
we can find our own formula before the government decides to shut down these
boards to "protect us."
