Philippe,
This is not actually an error with the floppy drive. This is a problem
with the hard disk drive. Hopefully, you can solve it by removing and
reinserting the cables (data & power). If that doesn't work, try using
a new data cable and use a different lead from the power supply, if
possible.
Worst case scenario is that the disk drive has failed :(
