A quick search on Google pointed to various methods, such as hitting a
dedicated button on the front of the laptop, using a the FN key (FN+F3,
FN+4 and FN+F5 were all mentioned), changing an option in the BIOS and
bringing up a utility installed on the laptop by the manufacturer. LG's
were mentioned in these different methods. I'd suggest going to your
laptop's manual or Googling for a solution, being sure to specify the
model of your LG laptop.
