As it says in the message, it's a reading app for your device running 
IOS, such as an iPhone. If you follow the link in the message, you'll 
see that it's a reading app that you can use to read audio books, such 
as those in the MP3 format, but you can also use built in synthesizers 
to read ebooks in different text formats.
