Harry

Glad you inserted that "maybe" in your msg subject line <smile>!!
YOu really didn't count the number of times your pc froze up -- did you,
Harry?
Seriously, that's more or less once a week or so and on a pc that perhaps
whose operating system may be as old as the machine itself from the
standpoint of being reinstalled.
While certainly this is frustrating, that hardly sounds like an excessive
number of pc freezes over time.
Yes, perhaps it's time to replace that old reliable workhorse pc; but
don't make that decision on what to go with solely based on your
frustrations.
You may have even greater frustrations switching to a mac as you will have
an entirely new learning curve to deal with.
That might require even greater amounts of your "precious" time than those
reboots.

Show me your ways, Lord ,
     teach me your paths.
Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.
Proverbs 25:4-5 (NIV)
