Don't forget to use the hypotenuse angle.  If you elevate the midpoint 
higher than the endpoint, the actual length is the square root of the height 
differential plus the square root of the horizontal distance from the center 
mounting point to the end support.

well,
there isn't enough real estate here. this is a 75x75 lot and my Windom =
is 30% longer than the corner to corner length of the lot.
