Ed and Jim, I'm sure glad you guys are having the same band conditions, and
it just isn't me! <lol> I just tuned across my favorite band, 17 meters, and
also 15 and 10 meters and never heard a single signal. Ed, I would get on
CW, but for some strange reason, my paddle isn't working with my TS-590, and
I cannot find my old straight key. So for now, I'm stuck on SSB. I guess I
need to get my computer here in the ham shack and figure out how to use it
to type in what I'm saying and have it talk to my TS-590 and send the CW
that way. If anyone here is doing that, please post back and tell me what I
need to do the same.

G M Ron, there was a few stations on this morning and if your interested in
D X there was a good, rare one on at 1300 Z on 30 meters, 4W/PE7T
Timor/Leste. Also 4W/N1YC was on 20 meters around 14:00 both on C W so good
luck. 73

Subject: Band conditions

I was tuning around on the bands this morning, and it sure seems like they
are all pretty much dead. Are you all experiencing the same conditions or is
it just my rig? I tuned across 80/75, 40, 20, 17, and 10 meters, and heard
very, very little activity, absolutely nothing on 17 and 10 meters at all,
and few stations on 20.
