You just need a simple gender changer, and as someone suggested, *not*
a null modem type, which switches a pair of wires.
Of course, you need to have the correct comm port selected in the
software. You may have to go into device manager to confirm what comm
port the usb thing installed as. Also be sure baud rates match in
both software and radio. If you change baud rate in the radio, you need
to power it off and on again for the change to take effect.
