Lloyd:

Please keep us posted if you hear anything more on the changed scheduled
operating time for DC.

As for the section designation question, I found something interesting over
the past week.

When I worked W1AW/3 outsied of Field Day, the designator used and accepted
by A C log was MD. For Field Day, though, MD was not accepted by the N3FJP
Field Day logging software; I had to enter MDC in order for the entry to be
logged.

Would also be interested in any further clarification on the section
designation question that comes out as the W1AW Centennial event proceeds.

I think DC has postponed their week to October, but I might be wrong about
this. The section is MDC, but I don't know how ARRL will want to see it.

Subject: W1AW Centennial Question

Hi, all.

Starting July 2 at 0000 Z, the following ARRL sections/states are listed for
the W1AW Centennial QSO Party operation:

7/2/2014 Wisconsin North Dakota DC

I am not sure what to look for as the DC section designator, so if anyone
can clue me in, that would be appreciated, since that may be a hard one to
get.
