I second what Mike is saying here.

The foot switch is also an excellent aid, since you can then operate the mic
hands free while logging or working with the TS590 itself.

I'd consider the Heil Gold Line and depending on your setup, either a boom
and foot/hand switch arrangement or the the table top stand. 
Steve Kw3a sounds really good with his and I would guess, you could taylor
the mic through the equalizer.
