The rules are in a PDF. Here's what it says about class D:
(Class D) Home stations: Stations operating from permanent or licensed
station locations using commercial power. Class D stations may only count
contacts made with Class A, B, C, E and F Field Day stations.
Also:
Phone, CW and Digital (non-CW) modes on a band are considered as separate
bands. A station may be worked only once per band under this rule.
So you can work a station once per band per mode, (i.e.) you can work a
station on 20 meter SSB and CW, but not twice on 20 CW, for example.
