Hmmmmm, Just thinking, if you don’t get a sig report during the contest,
then how can you legitimately get a QSL card that would count for DXCC, WAS,
or whatever?
It used to be at least that in order to get a QSL, you had to have gotten
and confirmed, a signal report.
