That was indeed the problem.

I re-copied the manual into the talking books folder on my VRStream SD Card,
and the level navigation now works perfectly.  Interestingly, the files
copied into this folder much more quickly than had been the case when I
tried copying them into the "other books" folder.

Hopefully, other list members will benefit from this information as well.

Thanks, once again, to Curtis, for providing us with this very helpful
version of the TMV71A manual.

Tom,

That may be your problem exactly. I'm not certain but I think daisy books
need to be in the talking books folder. You might try that. Lou Lou Kolb
