I no longer copy the 40M round table either because of its early time period. 
If someone runs with this new HF hang out, I'd figure it could start about 9:30 eastern time on 40M around 7.175 and up. Nothing formal just having fun on HF and snag an occasional DX caller who might wanna come in and say hi as well. 
Jim: I believe you can have up to 9 per skype conference but I don't know if 1 member of a conference can share a 2ND conference.
