I agree...I've heard the cb band just hopping many times, and check 10 and
there is nothing going on...however, much of the activity on 10 is dx
related, and so if there is no real dx, but just continental propigation,
it's not nearly as interesting so that is probably why guys don't get too
excited about getting on there.
That said, quite often there is DX to be found if there is any kind of band
opening at all...
