Jim,
I was a member of a local club that has two or three repeaters and I learned
through the grape vine that the owner of the repeaters was writing the
Novice and Tech tests for people. I didn't believe it at first but later,
when he past away, a personal friend of mine said he saw him doing the test
for even his own wife, my friend's wife I mean, so it is kind of sad.
Phil.
