Hi Tom,
I didn't know that the Arrl would do this for a blind ham so this is good to know.
I am a Life Member of Handihams so they renewed my License for me in 2012.
Since I understand the site to renew licenses isn't very blind friendly this is a good thing.
I never tried going to the site but my husband said it is hard to navigate.
At least that was the case in 2002 when we had a friend help us with the renewal process.
